I have a desire to help individuals smoothly transition from the Standard American Diet and sedentary lifestyle habits, to a whole foods diet and physically active lifestyle. I am a Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Practitioner with a God-given assignment to His Body. Additionally, I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. Some people may not desire weight loss, but are looking to simply create healthier lifestyle habits. My mission is to help clients discover the best version of themselves, embrace their personal journeys, and build the necessary disciplines to walk out their God-given purposes.
